879 Minutes : The minutes of the previous AGM held on Tuesday 10 th May 2005 were approved and signed by the chairman.

882 Treasurer's report : Gill Gray presented provisional accounts for the year ending
31 st March 2006. These will need auditing but were accepted by the committee.
There were lengthy discussions about financial issues which are reported in the April
minutes following this AGM.
883 Election of the nominated members of the community : Rosemary Bonney and Gill Gray
were proposed by Mike and seconded by Gill S. All in favour.
