dissemination: Ann asked if the idea of an event planner had been agreed, as
this subject had been mentioned a
few months ago. After a discussion, it was agreed that
Gill S would look for a 6 monthly
planner and it would be everyone?s responsibility to put
in events. A community board was
talked about, but it was not agreed who?s responsibility
it would be.

Book-keeper?s report: Keith stated that
finances were roughly the same as last year, with
income matching expenditure.
Investments were down slightly because of the stock market.
Book sale income had risen
sharply and this was balanced by expenditure on tables and the
slide screen, plus repairs. A steady
year.
