Minutes of the extraordinary meeting held on Thursday 30th July 2009
at 7 pm in the village hall

Present: B Best, K Evans, C Harper, J Henderson, M Powell, G Simpson, M Fairman,Y Fairman
Apologies: M Barkas (Chairman), P Bellamy

Malcolm agreed to act as Chairman.
Keith explained that at the meeting of HPC on 28th July, concerns had been expressed about the loan of £500 from HPC to HVHMC to help with the payment to Viridor Waste Management, despite the HVHMC assuring HPC in their letter that the £500 could be repaid immediately.
Keith suggested giving a donation of £500 , prior to HPC paying Viridor.
This motion proposed by Yvonne, seconded by Judy. All agreed.
Gilly to send cheque to Clerk of HPC.
