1. Community Group of Devon – The idea of a member of the committee attending a day course in “Funding your Vision” was placed before members.
2. It was noted that Hall Insurance was due on the 3rd June 2010 and would be renewed on the same basis as before.
3. A question was also raised on the hours spent on cleaning the hall.
4. Highways/Council drain situated on the roadway outside the front of the hall needs cleaning and perhaps flushing.
5. Car in the car park. It was noted that a blue Honda has, to all intents and purposes, been dumped in the car park. Upon discussion it was noted that South Hans Council have staff inspecting car parks for dumped vehicles and it was noted that the Council have placed a notice of action upon said car but removed it a few days later.
6. Large kettle has no flex/plug?
7. Dog mess. The eternal matter of dog mess was raised and all committee members are in agreement that this can become a nuisance and we need to be vigilant. |
