The Regular Monthly Meeting of Holne Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 3 November 2004 in Holne Village Hall
The Meeting will begin after both the public forum at 8 pm and brief reports from county and district councillors
A G E N D A
1. Apologies for absence
2. To consider, amend as agreed by the Council and approve the minutes of the meeting of 6 October 2004
3. Planning matters including any applications received in time for the meeting: none to date
4. To hear the Clerk's financial report & to approve the following payments:
a) PWLB (cheque sent 30 October) £574.43
b) District Audit £58.75
5. To discuss the Council's views on proposals by the Village Hall Management Committee to request that the Highway Authority remove the signs to and in its Car Park and to cease allowing public parking here.
6. To consider a request from the Revd Corynne Cooper on behalf of St Mary the Virgin PCC that the Parish Council consider increasing its grant for the maintenance of the Churchyard.
7. To set a date for the annual meeting of the Finance Committee
8. To discuss how the Council wishes to fill the casual vacancy on the Parish Council (no election having been requested by the due date 21 October)
9. To discuss the provision of a Christmas Tree on the Village Green and any related matters.
10. Clerk's or Councillors' reports on matters authorised by the Council at previous meetings not otherwise on this Agenda: Community Forum (Cllr Arrowsmith), Housing Questionnaire delivery & collection (all Councillors) (NB if parishioners say they will return to the Clerk, please ask them to enclose their name, to save a wasted call on them to collect)
11. Correspondence not otherwise listed on this Agenda for information or inclusion in the Agenda of the next meeting: S Hams Local Development Frameword documents for consultation ( by 30 November, so as comments cannot be made late, there will be individual questionnaires/forms for Councillors to complete and return if they wish).
