The Regular Monthly Meeting of Holne Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 1 December 2004 in Holne Village Hall
The Meeting will begin after both the public forum at 8 pm and brief reports from county and district councillors
AGENDA1. Apologies for absence
2. To consider, amend as agreed by the Council and approve the minutes of the meeting of 3 November 2004
3. To consider any applications for the vacancy on the Parish Council, to co-opt one of these by ballot if necessary, and, if present, to arrange for the new Councillor to sign a declaration of acceptance of office.
4. Planning matters including any applications received in time for the meeting : 0927/04 Amendments to application approved for new dwelling ref.0301/04 at Holne Court Farm, Holne
5. To hear the Clerk's financial report & to approve the following payments:
a) Royal British Legion for poppy wreath £16.50
b) J Radford postage & mileage for housing survey
(£6.89 postage, £4.00 mileage) £10.89
To authorise the distribution of the remaining Jubilee Account funds and the repaid VAT for Jubilee payments and if agreed to write a cheque in favour of Buckfastleigh West Parish Council for £108.41. (Minute 0410.11 refers).
6. To hear a report from the Finance Committee and to agree a budget and precept for the next financial year (interim accounts and proposed budget enclosed).
7. Clerk's or Councillors' reports on matters authorised by the Council at previous meetings not otherwise on this Agenda: Attendance of Dr Atkinson & Mr Wall to January meeting confirmed; Website (Cllr Arrowsmith); Highways; Housing Survey (despatched to Northern Housing Consortium on Friday 19 November).
