The Regular Monthly Meeting of Holne Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 7 September 2005 in Holne Village Hall
The Meeting will begin after an address at 7:30 pm by Mr Rory Cunningham of the Community Council of Devon on Village Design Statements and after both the public forum and brief reports from county and district councillors (it would be appreciated if these could be in paper form for circulation to councillors, to save time)

- Planning matters including any applications received in time for the meeting:
0611/05 Conversion of existing barn to anciallry and holiday accommodation at Seale Stoke, Holne for Mr & Mrs C Hill-Smith.
0667/05 Outline Planning Application for erection of an agricultural dwelling at Gallant le Bower Farm for Mr & Mrs D Mudge. - To hear the Clerk's financial report include receipt of the external auditor's certificate for the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2005, & to approve the following payments:
None to date. - To discuss and vote on applications to fill the casual vacancy on Holne Parish Council: Mrs P Melville has indicated interest, and Mr Paul Arrowsmith has also done so, on the premise that he will by the date of the meeting qualify to stand.
- To hear a report from the Housing Needs Committee and to take any action necessary as a result of this (notes of the meeting held in July have been circulated and placed on notice boards).
- Clerk's or Councillors' reports on matters authorised by the Council at previous meetings not otherwise on this Agenda: progress of work, if any, at Venford; Tree at Holne Cattle Grid; Site Meeting re widening New Bridge (attached)
- Correspondence not otherwise listed on this Agenda for information or inclusion in the Agenda of the next meeting: DCC re Fete etc signs; DCC re request from a parishioner to remove road signs; DCC Waste Local Plan Deposit Version.
