HOLNE PARISH COUNCIL
The Regular Monthly Meeting of Holne Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 7 December 2005 in Holne Village Hall. The Meeting will begin after both the public forum at 7:30 pm and brief reports from county and district councillors

- To consider, amend as agreed by the Council and approve the minutes of the meeting of 2 November 2005.

- To hear the Clerk's financial report & to approve the following payments:
- Holne Village Hall Management Committee rent £34.25
- Royal British Legion £16.50
- Project Cosmic annual charge for hosting the website
(quotation accepted by the Council July 2004) £146.88 - Mr M Wells, honorarium for 2005/6 for website editing £50.00
- To hear a report from the Finance Committee and to agree a budget and set a precept for the year 2006/7 (interim accounts and proposed budget enclosed). The Finance Committee has included in the Budget a proposal to grant £400 to Holne PCC for the maintenance of the Churchyard, but recommends that the Council should suggest to the PCC that tender/estimates for this annual maintenance should be sought.
- To discuss what action the Council might take to try to ensure that the Holne to Holne Chase road is gritted in bad weather.
- To discuss the Council's response to the Local Development Framework consultation.
- To hear a report from the Housing Needs Committee and to consider the response from Holne Church Charity to a letter asking under what circumstances the use of Play Park for affordable housing might be considered.
- Clerk's or Councillors' reports on matters authorised by the Council at previous meetings not otherwise on this Agenda: Village Shop - response from Mr Joyce, DNPA.
