HOLNE PARISH COUNCIL
The Regular Monthly Meeting of Holne Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 4 January 2006 in Holne Village Hall.
The Meeting will begin after both the public forum at 7:30pm and brief reports from county and district councillors.

- To consider, amend as agreed by the Council and approve the minutes of the meeting of 7 December 2005
- Declarations of Interest: Members are invited to declare any personal or prejudicial interest relating to any agenda item at this stage in the meeting, but may do so also at any time during the meeting, if they become aware they may have such an interest in a subject being discussed.

- To hear the Clerk's financial report & to approve the following payments:
- Mrs J Radford salary October-December inclusive
£200.00 - Mrs J Radford expenses for the same period - internet access @ £10 per month £30, Stationery £17.89 (inc VAT 2.92), Telephone £14.64 (VAT 2.08)
£62.53 - Post Office Counters for stamps
£21.00 - DAPC/Community Council of Devon for New Councillors' course

- Mrs J Radford salary October-December inclusive
- To hear a report from the Housing Needs Committee and to take any action needed as a result of this.
- To discuss a resolution on the need to remind parishioners that hedges need to be trimmed by the end of February, and particularly that road-side hedges should be trimmed every year. (The Council may wish to discuss whether letters should be written to individuals asking that they cut particular hedges).
- To discuss the Council's response to DNPA Local Development Framework Consultation
- To discuss the Council's response, if any, to the Kenwyn (Ashburton) closure consultation.
- To discuss the Council's response, if any, to the DNPA Delegation Scheme in respect of Development Control.
- Clerk's or Councillors' reports on matters authorised by the Council at previous meetings not otherwise on this Agenda.
- Correspondence not otherwise listed on this Agenda for information or inclusion in the Agenda of the next meeting: S Hams on its Local Development Framework Consultation; S Hams budget meeting/briefing on 19 January, S Hams New Waste Collection System Briefing on 12 January
