        <strong>The Regular Monthly Meeting of Holne Parish Council will be held on Wednesday
            3 January 2006 in Holne Village Hall The Meeting will begin after both the public forum at 8:00 pm and brief reports from county and district councillors</strong>

        A G E N D A</strong>
        <br />
        1. Apologies for absence.
        <br />
        2. To consider, amend as agreed by the Council and approve the minutes of the meeting
        of Wednesday 6 December.
        <br />
        3. Declarations of Interest: Members are invited to declare any personal or prejudicial
        interest relating to any agenda item at this stage in the meeting, but may do so
        also at any time during the meeting, if they become aware they may have such an
        interest in a subject being discussed.
        <br />
        4. Planning matters including any applications received in time for the meeting
        : 
        <br />
        0932/06 Extension of existing leat for the installation of new hydro-electric plant
        at Holne Park, Ashburton.
        <br />
        To note receipt for information on minor amended plans for work at Venford Reservoir
        <br />
        5. To hear the Clerk’s financial report &amp; to approve the following payments:
        <br />
        a) Mrs J Radford salary for October-December inclusive £210.00
        <br />
        b) Mrs J Radford expenses for the same period: Internet access at £10 per month
        £30, Stationery £8.05 (incl £1.41 VAT), Telephone £11.70 (incl £1.74 VAT) £49.75
        <br />
        c) DAPC for Planning Masterclass 22 March - two places £90.00
        <br />
        d) Holne Village Hall Management Committee - rent £21.00 8.
        <br />
        To discuss work needed to the hedge in Play Park (postponed from last meeting)
        <br />
        9. To discuss the Council's response to the DNPA Local Development Framework Documents.
        <br />
        10. To discuss the DNPA proposal to survey listed buildings
        in Holne Parish.
        <br />
        11. To discuss a suggestion from Cllr Irish that the Council offer to pay a higher
        charge than at present in the winter months to ensure the Hall is heated enough
        both before and for the duration of the meeting. (at present the Council pays a
        higher rent in the winter, but it is suggested this portion be increased as above).
        <br />
        12. To discuss the Council's response, if any, to the South Hams Public Space Strategy
        Consultation
        <br />
        13. Clerk’s or Councillors’ reports on matters authorised by the Council at previous meetings not otherwise on this Agenda: DNPA Management Plan Workshop (Cllrs Arrowsmith &amp; Roberts); Affordable Housing Working Group (any substantive decisions needed
        by Council to be notified to Clerk by 28 January or for decision at February meeting)

        14. Correspondence not otherwise listed on this Agenda for information or inclusion
        in the Agenda of the next meeting: Devon County Council road closures Holne to Hexworthy
        road via Venford 22 January and 5 March for 5 days each time -mobile crane on carriageway;
        DAPC re 2007 elections; DNPA re Edward Morshead Award; DCC on Community Emergency
        Planning.
