HOLNE PARISH COUNCIL

The Regular Monthly Meeting of Holne Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 7 February 2006 in Holne Village Hall
The Meeting will begin after both the public forum at 8:00 pm and brief reports from county and district councillors

1. Apologies for absence.

2. To consider, amend as agreed by the Council and approve the minutes of the meetings of 3 and 16 January 2007

3. Declarations of Interest: Members are invited to declare any personal or prejudicial interest relating to any agenda item at this stage in the meeting, but may do so also at any time during the meeting, if they become aware they may have such an interest in a subject being discussed.

4. Planning matters including any applications received in time for the meeting :
0932/06 Amended plans for proposed extension of existing leat for the installation of new hydro-electric plant at Holne Park, Ashburton (relating to inclusion of new timber clad power house over generator plant).
0065/07 Certificate of lawfulness in respect of The Annexe used as a separate dwelling from main house at Holne Court Farm, Holne
0066/07 Installation of new gate access at (wood)land adjacent to Langaford Cottage, Buckfastleigh.

5. To hear the Clerk’s financial report & to approve the following payments: None to date

6. To discuss any action the Council wishes to take on DCC's correspondence on Community Emergency Planning (in circulation file).

7. Clerk’s or Councillors’ reports on matters authorised by the Council at previous meetings not otherwise on this Agenda: Play Park Hedge; Affordable Housing Working Group; tarmacking of road at Greendown

8. Correspondence not otherwise listed on this Agenda for information or inclusion in the Agenda of the next meeting: Consultation on Revised model code of conduct from the Department of Communities and Local Government (response required by 9 March): S Hams LDF Core Strategy.
