    <span><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt">Affordable Housing Working Party<br />
    </span>Notes from Meeting 13/06/07 at Church House Inn</strong>
        <br />
        <strong>Present:</strong> Paul Arrowsmith (PA), Gill Simpson (GS), Sue Colwill (SC),
        <strong>Apologies</strong>: Gill Gray (GG)
        <br />
        1 Notes from the meeting of 11.04.07 to be approved at the next meeting.
        <br />
        2 Correspondence: HPC had received a letter from a potential land owner, replying
        to a letter from the clerk. They will be discussing the matter with their family
        and will send a further reply in due course.
        <br />
        3. Unadopted notes of each meeting should be circulated to each member of the AH
        Working Party, with a copy to the clerks of BWPC and HPC. Copies should go on HPC
        website, Holybrook Exchange, HVH notice board. Paper copy x 2 will go to Sue Colwill,
        so she can put one up on Scoriton Map Agenda for the next meeting to be done by
        the note taker from each previous meeting. They should also confirm the evening
        booking with the Church House Inn. Action for this meeting: GS

        4 Play Park and land at Little Bewden(Ru Roberts): The idea of looking at both these
        sites, in conjunction, was discussed. The idea of doing a presentation to the Church
        House Charity was suggested. Action: agenda item for next HPC meeting
        <br />
        5 Visits to Affordable Housing sites: Visits to other sites was discussed. East
        Allington: Action-PA to contact PC clerk. Beer: Action-GG to contact. Further site
        over border in Dorset: Action-GG to find out details.
        <br />
    6 Publicity: GG had written an excellent article, but we do not know if it went
        into the Mid-Devon Advertiser. Paul has not heard from them. The Western Morning
        News are happy to do an article, probably after the results of the housing needs
        survey are known.
        <br />
    7 BWPC PA happy to attend the next meeting with SC. It was suggested that all working party members attend, in turn to, support Sue. There may be another member joining
        us from Scoriton.
        <br />
        9 Housing survey: The extra questions will be needed from the July meetings of both
        councils. We will then need to meet in July to discuss the questions. Possible dates:
        Tues. 24th July/Wed 25th July at the Church House. Action: all to agree date PA
        will speak to
            Joanna Radford about getting an electronic copy of the last survey,
        with our extra questions. He will also find out whether both Councils are to fill
        out a Survey Commissioning Form to go to CCD, or individual councils. Action PA

        Next meeting: see item 9 Normally the next meeting on 2nd Wednesday of every other
        month would fall in August. WP to decide whether they want to wait till September.
