HOLNE PARISH COUNCIL
The Regular Monthly Meeting of Holne Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 2
January 2008 in Holne Village Hall
The Meeting will begin after both the public forum at 8:00 pm and brief reports
from county and district councillors
A G E N D A
1. Apologies for absence.
2. To consider, amend as agreed by the Council and approve the minutes of the meetings
of 5 11 and
17 December 2007.
3. Declarations of Interest: Members are invited to declare any personal or prejudicial
interest relating to any agenda item at this stage in the meeting, but may do so
also at any time during the meeting, if they become aware they may have such an
interest in a subject being discussed.
4. Planning matters including any applications received in time for the meeting
: None to date
5. To hear the Clerk’s financial report & to approve the following payments:
a) Holne Village Hall Management Committee - rent
6. To hear a report from the Affordable Housing Working Party and to make any resolutions
as a result of this.
(a) To discuss a proposed meeting in February with the Trustees and involvement
of land at Play Park for affordable housing.
(b) To discuss a letter of thanks to be sent to Sue Hitchcock
7. To discuss the development at Trusham
8. To discuss the preliminary draft of the Conservation Plan for Holne.
9. To discuss the light pollution from Hazelwood.
10. Debate whether Holne Parish Council is to sign up to the DNP Management Plan
and to which part of the DNP Management Plan does the Council sign up to.
11 Clerk’s or Councillors’ reports on matters authorised by the Council at previous
meetings not otherwise on this Agenda
