6. To hear a report from the Holne and Scorriton Local Housing Group following the Public meeting held on 18^th March 2008

7. Conservation Plan for Holne ; To discuss the Open meeting arranged for 25^th April 2008 between 4-7pm

8. St Mary the Virgin Closed Churchyard ; To discuss arrangements to be made with regard to the maintenance and upkeep.

9. To agree and sign the Contract of Employment & Job Description of the Clerk , Karen Gilbert.

10. To encourage and support all owners of land through which the Holne town gutter passes to keep the leat clear. - Cllr Roberts

11. To advise the Council that Section 70 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 amends the 1972 Local Government Act with the result that the Chairman and Vice Chairman of a Parish Council can no longer be chosen from amongst members who have been co-opted . These Office holders can only be Members who have stood for election. ( Advised by DAPC 03/08)

12. To advise Council of the Action taken by Widecombe Parish Council with regard to the possible alterations at Newbridge

13. To discuss the details of the forthcoming Annual Parish Meeting
