You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the PARISH COUNCIL to be held on TUESDAY 6 th OCTOBER 2009 at 8.00pm in the Village Hall, Holne.
Also invited: District Councillor Jones, County Councillor Pennington, Maurice Retallick (DNPA), Jon Stones (DNPA) and Community Police Officers.
Members of the press and public are welcome.

The meeting will begin after both the Public Forum at 8.00pm and brief reports from County and District Councillors, DNPA representative and Police Community Support Officer.
There will also be a presentation from Martin Rich, CCD, about the benefits and process of Parish Planning.

3. RATIFICATION OF MINUTES
To approve and sign the minutes of the meetings held on 1 st September 2009 .

a. NEW APPLICATIONS/APPEALS RECEIVED
(i) Long Barn, Ingletts Farmhouse, Holne
Conversion of long barn to dwelling (renewal of 0636/04)
b. DECISIONS
(i) Holne Park Farm, Ashburton
Barn for the storage of hay, straw and agricultural machinery
6. FINANCE
(i) To note the receipt of the second half of the precept - £2,600
(ii) To note the receipt of NALC Bursary of £75 as a contribution towards the clerk's CiLCA registration fee
(iii) To discuss and agree expenses for Mr P Vogel - £ 8.32 - for attendance at Affordable Housing Group meeting.
(iv) To agree the payment of £574.39 to the Public Works Loan Board
(v) To agree the payment of £ 98.75 to the clerk for CiLCA registration fee and purchase of paper.
(vi) Six month finance review
(vii) To agree date for the Finance Committee to discuss the precept for 2010/2011

8. BT - ADOPT A KIOSK
To discuss invitation by BT to adopt the telephone kiosk.
