To approve and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 1st December 2009 and the planning meeting on
8th December 2009.

To pass a resolution and amend standing orders to allow the service of notice of meeting and supporting documents by email.

To report on Boundary Committee’s proposal for Devon and to invite further comment.

Update from the working party, to include:
(i) Management of play area and correspondence from SHDC
