DRAFT MINUTES OF THE PLANNING MEETING
19 MAY 2009

The meeting commenced at 2.00pm in Holne Village Hall.

Present: Councillors Arrowsmith, Irish, Ross & Simpson.

It was agreed that Cllr Arowsmith would take the minutes of the meeting.

Replacement timber windows to south elevation

After discussion, the Council agreed that replacement windows were essential as the old windows were now in various states of decay. Councillors, therefore, agreed to approve the application.

There was the opinion that the east window to the front of the property should also be replaced as the decay was such that it would probably further decay to the building. It was also noted that replacement double glazed units to the timber framed windows were not to be used but some members thought that they could be replaced with a more efficient fitted unit.
